Rainbow Rising Meadow Park offers an enriching onsite before and after-school care program for elementary school-aged children. Our goal is to provide a wide variety of experiences, such as daily developmentally appropriate activities, physical education, academic homework programs, and recreational play in order to promote social, physical, and emotional growth and development.

Our program provides a fun and safe environment where children can feel secure and truly cared about. Teachers work closely with parents and school administration to ensure a positive learning experience through positive reinforcement, patience, and understanding.

Meadow Park
Heather Cox
-Director-
Hi Rainbow Rising! My name is Heather Cox and I would like to formally introduce myself as Meadow Park’s Director! I started my journey at Rainbow Rising in August of 2016 where I spent the majority of the school year at Rainbow Rising Beacon Park as their Young Riser Master Teacher. I am so thrilled to continue my journey at Rainbow with our families here at Meadow Park! I graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Child Development and an emphasis in Early Childcare Education. Working with children has always been my passion. I started working with children in 2007 at the City of Irvine. Prior to my time at Rainbow Rising, I was the Student Services Assistant Director at Fairmont Private Schools for 4 years. My mission is to try to make an impact on each and every child I encounter because I know every single one of them will make an impact on me. My husband and I have two Pomsky puppers named Kylo and Loki, they are our pride and joy! In my free time I like to go to Disneyland, watch sports, and play flag football. Go CHARGERS!
Kyle Kidder
-Interim Director-
My name is Kyle Kidder. I have been with the Rainbow family since I attended College Park Rainbow Rising as a child before becoming part of the staff. I started working with Rainbow Rising in September 2009. Throughout my time working at Rainbow, I have been involved with many different aspects of the program. I look forward to using the skills I have learned in order to help create a safe and fun environment for the kids to enjoy. I am so excited to continue my journey as the Interim Director here at Meadow Park where I can establish meaningful relationships with the children and families.
Lizbeth Flores
-Assistant Director-
My name is Lizbeth Flores, and I am excited to step into the role of Interim Assistant Director at Rainbow Rising, where I have been dedicated since October 2015. My journey here has been incredibly fulfilling, as I have witnessed the growth and development of so many wonderful children. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in child development, which has provided me with a solid foundation to support our program and its goals. Seeing the children progress through different stages has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. My continued goal is to provide a supportive environment and help create long-lasting memories for every child at Rainbow Rising.
