Rainbow Rising College Park aspires to provide quality, engaging care to the children here in Irvine. Here at College Park we offer onsite before and after school care program for elementary school-aged children. Our goal is to provide an array of experiences, such as developmentally appropriate activities, physical education, academic homework programs, and recreational play in order to promote social, physical and emotional growth and development.

Our program provides an exciting and safe environment where children can feel happy and secure in the fact that our staff truly care about them and their families. Teachers work closely with parents and school administration to ensure a positive learning experience through positive reinforcement, consistency and compassion. Rainbow Rising College Park offers part-time and full-time schedules, including care during school intersessions, staff-development days, and an unbelievable summer camp experience.

Rochelle Harrell

Hello my name is Rochelle and I have been the Site Director here at College Park for the past 2 years. I have worked for Rainbow Rising since 2016 and I am honored to continue my Rainbow journey here at College Park with all of you. I started at our Wespark site and have traveled the Rainbow world to different centers working in various positions. I have always had a passion for teaching young children. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescent Development. A few fun facts about me are that I have a German Shepard/Husky named Marley, I love Starbucks and am a HUGE Disney fanatic! I truly enjoy working in the College Park community and look forward to making many lasting memories here!
Jennifer Zelaya
-Assistant Director-
Hello Rainbow Rising families, my name is Jennifer Zelaya and I am honored to be College Park’s Assistant Director. My journey with Rainbow Rising began in 2021 here at College Park. I started as a Teacher's Aide and throughout my years worked other roles such as a Teacher and Master Teacher. I have my Associates Degree in Elementary Teacher Education. I am currently working towards my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies at Cal State Fullerton in hopes to become an Elementary School Teacher someday. Working here at Rainbow Rising has given me the privilege to be every child’s best friend, their biggest cheerleader, and their safe space. I am excited to make lots more mini best friends! Some of my favorite things to do in my personal life are attending baseball games (Go Dodgers!), hanging out with my friends, family, and my dog Nala. As an incoming Assistant Director it is my goal to create a nurturing, supportive, fun, and welcoming environment for all the children and families! I am excited to create more long lasting memories with you all!
