Rainbow Rising Bonita Canyon is a before and after school on-site child care program at Bonita Canyon Elementary School. We offer an enriching, developmentally-appropriate program with daily curriculum that consists of science, math, art, language arts, cooking and much more. We also provide homework assistance and weekly clubs for kids to participate in.

At Rainbow Rising Bonita Canyon, we believe in the power of choice. We encourage children to make good choices and become responsible citizens of the future by using positive behavioral interventions.

Hello Rainbow Families! I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Director at Rainbow Rising Bonita Canyon! For the past 9 years, I served as the Director at Rainbow Rising Portola Springs, where I gained invaluable experience working with children and families. My passion for early childhood development drives me to provide the best care and create a nurturing environment for our children. It’s an honor to continue my Rainbow Rising journey at Bonita Canyon. I look forward to making many new memories with your children and building strong relationships with all of you!

I am thrilled to be stepping into the role of Assistant Director at Rainbow Rising Bonita Canyon. My journey with Rainbow Rising began in early 2020, and since then, I've had the privilege of serving at various sites such as Northwood and Loma Ridge, as both a teacher and master teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in History from Cal State Fullerton and I am currently pursuing my teaching credential in social sciences. Every day, I am committed to making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the children in our care. I am excited to continue growing in this wonderful community and am beyond grateful to have built a career around what I love most, educating and inspiring young minds.
